The Bellevue
Perched high above the Gulf of Mexico on Clearwater Beach, The Bellevue is a multi-level oceanfront condo defined by the view it commands. Floor-to-ceiling glazing runs the full length of the principal rooms, dissolving the boundary between interior and the endless blue beyond. The palette — warm neutrals, dark hardwood, soft linen — recedes deliberately, ensuring nothing competes with the Gulf light that floods every space from morning through dusk.
Circulation between levels is anchored by a grand curved staircase — dark walnut handrail, ornate iron balusters, and a multi-tier crystal chandelier descending through the double-height foyer. The stair is as much a piece of architecture as it is a practical element, its spiral geometry legible from every angle and photographed in close detail from below to reveal the craftsmanship at its core.
The interiors carry a consistent language of coastal glamour: grey inset cabinetry with polished brass hardware, full slab marble surfaces and backsplashes, vessel sinks, and gilded carved shell-frame mirrors that appear in both the primary suite bath and the powder room. Crystal chandeliers with brass armatures punctuate the kitchen and foyer, bringing warmth and formality to spaces that might otherwise lean purely serene.
