Nightfall Residence
Nightfall Residence is a three-story modern waterfront home on Clearwater Beach designed to be most fully itself after dark. The exterior — white stucco, flat roofline, and a disciplined grid of black steel-framed floor-to-ceiling glass across all three levels — glows from within at dusk, its illuminated pool reflecting electric blue off the canal below. A private dock extends to the water's edge, grounding the home in its site while the architecture reaches upward.
The outdoor living program is as considered as the interior. At grade, a covered loggia with a wood-clad ceiling and modern ceiling fan opens directly to a freeform pool and integrated spa, edged in glass tile that catches and amplifies the evening light. A decorative geometric block screen defines the property boundary, providing privacy while becoming a lit architectural element in its own right after sundown.
Inside, the material language is consistently dark and refined — deep navy cabinetry, white quartz surfaces, large-format tile floors, and black-framed sliders that frame the waterway at every turn. The primary suite offers a spa-caliber bath with a freestanding oval soaking tub set against an oversized glass shower, warm stone tile, and illuminated niches — a quiet counterpoint to the home's bold exterior presence.
