Crystal Tower
Crystal Tower is a three-story coastal estate in Crystal Beach designed in the tradition of Florida's grand Victorian waterfront homes. The exterior is defined by its centrepiece — a full-height glass curtain wall rising through the facade, flooding the interior with natural light and commanding views of the Gulf. Cedar shake siding, a stone base, and a conical turret complete a silhouette that reads as both rooted in tradition and unmistakably site-specific.
Inside, the home is organized around a sweeping curved staircase that rises through a double-height foyer, its dark mahogany handrail and hand-wrought iron balustrade with circular motifs forming the centrepiece of the entry sequence. A pale blue ceiling in the upper volume opens the space skyward, while a brass chandelier anchors the composition.
The interiors are finished to an estate standard throughout — a chef's kitchen with cream raised-panel cabinetry, a granite island with integrated professional range, and custom millwork that carries through every room. A formal gallery corridor framed by fluted pilasters runs the length of the home, lined with art and lit from above, giving the residence a quiet civic grandeur that extends from the waterfront façade all the way through.
