Cherrywoods Compound

Cherrywoods is a gated residential community in Dubailand, Dubai, delivered in collaboration with LEAD for Meraas under a design and build model. Set on a 230,000 m² site at the crossroads of Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road, the development offers three and four bedroom family townhouses.

Tree lined streets and landscaped gardens organize the neighborhood around a clubhouse, pools, courts, and running and cycling tracks. Green corridors link the residential clusters to these shared amenities, encouraging residents to walk rather than drive within the community.
