Vology

The Vology office in Largo, Florida is a contemporary workplace interior designed to reflect the culture and energy of a fast-growing technology company. The project transforms a conventional commercial shell into a layered environment that balances focused work, casual collaboration, and physical wellness — all within a single, cohesive interior identity defined by industrial materials, bold graphic moments, and generous natural light.

The design centers on a multi-use community hub: a large open volume anchored by a striking turf-covered floor inset, used for informal meetings, presentations, and team gatherings. Exposed structural ceilings with custom pendant lighting define the zone from above, while perimeter glazing and glass-walled private meeting rooms keep the space visually connected to the broader office floor. A continuous ribbon of low shelving and cut-out display niches punctuates the main corridor, organizing circulation while offering surface area for branding and personalization.

Support spaces reinforce the holistic workplace vision. A full-service cafeteria with custom tile ceilings provides a dedicated social anchor for the daily rhythms of the office. An on-site fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows and a clean, light-filled aesthetic rounds out a program designed to support employee wellbeing alongside productivity — positioning the workplace as a destination rather than an obligation.
