Clinical Research Office 2 is a workplace facility completed in 2019 in Tampa, Florida, for Clinical Research of West Florida, Inc. The building features a sleek exterior facade defined by sharp geometric lines, smooth white wall paneling, and expansive glass curtain walls framed by dark architectural accents.
The interiors, designed by BPA, exhibit a modern aesthetic tailored for executive operations and collaborative work. An executive suite features deep blue custom millwork, integrated shelving, dark metallic trim details, and modern seating set against large exterior windows that provide ample natural light. Strategic ambient lighting, warm wood tones, and contemporary artwork complement the dark blue palette to create a cohesive workplace environment.
Constructed by Creative Contractors, the interior layout incorporates formal conference rooms, break spaces, and breakout meeting areas — a full range of functional zones suited to the demands of a clinical research organization.
