Brightwater Blue Resort

Brightwater Blue Resort is a five-story, 32-unit condominium development on Brightwater Drive in Clearwater, Florida, completed in 2014 for client Bill Mazas. Architecture BP provided full services from entitlements through permitting as Architect of Record on a 77,603 square foot building that brings residential density to one of Clearwater's most desirable waterfront corridors.

The project required navigating a complex entitlement process before construction, with Architecture BP shepherding the development through permitting to establish a clear path to execution. The client ultimately built the project under a different Architect of Record, with the design and approvals work completed by the BPA team forming the foundation for the finished building.
