Hiatus Hotel
The Hiatus Clearwater Beach is an 88-room, new-construction boutique hotel operating under Hilton's Curio Collection brand at Clearwater Beach, Florida. Developed by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, the property brings together beachfront luxury, multiple dining venues, and a rooftop program designed to capture the Gulf views that define the site.
Interior design by NYC-based Celano Design Studio anchors the hotel in a modern coastal bungalow aesthetic — warm, curated materials and layered details that read as relaxed but considered throughout the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms. Many of the rooms and suites open onto private balconies overlooking the beach. The seventh-floor rooftop holds the restaurant and reception area, oriented toward unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The hotel's exterior is defined by a ten-story hand-painted mural by local artist Derek Donnelly of Saint Paint Arts, depicting a scene honoring Kali and celebrating the natural world. The mural operates simultaneously as building identity and public art, making the Hiatus a visible landmark along the Clearwater Beach shoreline. Amenities include valet parking, a rooftop pool, two dining outlets, three bars, and a fitness center.
