AC Hotel Clearwater Beach

The AC Hotel Clearwater Beach is a 144-room, new-construction lifestyle hotel at 395 Coronado Drive on the Gulf of Mexico. Part of Marriott's European-inspired AC Hotels brand, the project introduced a design-forward hospitality program to Clearwater Beach's waterfront, with architecture and interiors calibrated to the brand's signature balance of restraint and warmth.

The building is crowned by Soiree, a Mediterranean-inspired rooftop bar and restaurant on the tenth floor with panoramic views over the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway. At street level, the AC Kitchen and AC Lounge anchor the ground-floor program — a bright, airy dining room serving European-inspired breakfast by day and Spanish-style tapas by night. A resort-style pool and Umbra pool deck bar complete the outdoor amenity sequence.

The project reflects the AC brand's emphasis on purposefully designed public spaces — curated artwork, sleek furnishings, and intuitive technology throughout the guest rooms and common areas — while responding to the specific demands of a coastal Florida site and the expectations of an experience-driven hotel guest.
