Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton
The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Orange Beach, Alabama is a nine-story, 160-key beachfront hotel completed in 2018 for client Innisfree on Perdido Beach Boulevard. At 190,000 square feet and $31 million in construction cost, the project includes a three-story parking garage with 200 spaces and direct Gulf of Mexico access — placing guests at the water's edge from arrival.
The hotel was recognized with Hilton Worldwide's Deal of the Year Award in 2012, reflecting the strength of the development partnership and the ambition of the program. Delivered via design-build, the project was constructed by Robins and Morton with MEP and structural engineering by GEG Engineering and interior design by ACC Design, Inc.
The design responds to its beachfront context with a massing that maximizes ocean views across all 160 keys and activates the ground level with amenities that connect the arrival sequence to the beach. The result is a full-service branded hotel that performs at the highest tier of the Hilton portfolio while fitting the coastal scale of Orange Beach.
